Maidstone Aquatics

Maidstone Aquatics is Maidstone's premier aquatic tardis. Situated on the Loose road near the Wheatsheaf pub at Sutton road A274 and Loose road A229 split.
The shop was opened after 6 weeks of building and stocking, the door was opened on Saturday 5th May 1999. And The Flyingfish Aquatic and Bird centre had arrived.

After a fantastic start to our shop the local council thought it was a good idea to take out the roundabout and put traffic lights in.
7 months of very few customers and road closures it was all over and we had survived and went from strength to strength.

The main part of our business was ponds and tropical birds hence Flyingfish but time and again we where asked for tropical fish, so we put in 160 tropical fish tanks and all equipment, to get all this in to our 2000 square foot shop meant that the birds had to go.
Again we had a great response to our amazing shop. Our commitment and passion to the shop was continued with outstanding customer service,
truthful knowledgeable help, quality of our fish stock, help customers to be successful fish keepers, competitive pricing and the continued development of our shop.

In 2007 we changed the company to Ltd and Maidstone Aquatics Ltd was born.
We continued to develop and improve the shop and we introduced Bonsai trees and all equipment and pots to our ever increasing stock.

In 2009 we decided to have an amazing refit to celebrate out 10th Birthday.
So we completely ripped everything out and renewed everything in the shop we put in state of art aquariums for our tropical fish section it looks just fantastic.
We also had a great web site built to accompany our ever increasing presence in the Aquatic world. www.maidstoneaquatics.co.uk

Now its 2010 and we now need to have our shop on the web and offer all our customers local and afar the service that they need in todays demanding world.
Better late than never, Our new web site has been designed to be customer friendly just like the shop in Maidstone, Our commitment to our customer service will continue to be the best we can offer, our product range again will increase to meet the demands of the internet.
We promise to provide the best service at the best possible prices,
our pricing will be as competitive as we can make it and reviewed all the time as the internet service grows we will pass on any savings we can gain from our suppliers.

Once again we are moving forward to give our customers the service and products that they require.
